Terms & Conditions of Supply

1. Nature of Natural Stone

Marble, Granite, Quartzite, and Onyx are natural geological products formed over millions of years. Inherent variations in veining, movement, color tone, fossil formations, and micro-crystal fissures are natural characteristics and not defects. Samples provided represent general color tone and texture; actual gangsaw slabs may vary naturally.

2. Quotations & Price Validity

All prices quoted via digital estimates, email, or WhatsApp are valid for a period of 15 days from issuance unless specified otherwise, subject to block availability and currency / freight fluctuations at the time of purchase order confirmation.

3. Inspection & Slab Selection

Clients, architects, and representatives are encouraged to inspect slabs in person at our Kishangarh/Makrana yards or approve digital HD slab lot photographs prior to loading. Once cutting or installation commences, claims regarding aesthetic variation cannot be accepted.

4. Packaging & Export Shipments

All export consignments are packed in compliance with international ISPM-15 heat-treated fumigated wooden crates. Risk of transit is governed by agreed Incoterms (FOB Mundra / CIF / DDP) as stated on the proforma invoice.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All supply agreements and commercial contracts executed by KUDRAT STONES™ Premium Indian Natural Stone [ A Brand of Riyansh Enterprise ] are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ajmer / Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
